Scuter, the new three-wheeled electric scooter in Milan
Scuter a Milano il nuovo scooter elettrico a tre ruote

Scuter has arrived in Milan: according to Massa Critica, a new sharing service is available in the city based on a three-wheeled electric scooter, designed and built entirely in Italy and recognisable by its orange livery.

The vehicles will be operational from 7 November 2025 and the fleet is expected to grow progressively in the first few weeks to 200 vehicles.

The vehicle is described as a three-wheeled electric moped designed for comfort, safety and practicality: range up to 100 km, batteries replaced overnight to keep vehicles charged, and a structure with integrated cover and safety belt that allows you to travel without a helmet. The three-wheel configuration improves stability, making it suitable even for those with little experience, and the space on board allows you to carry small luggage. It can also access the ZTL (limited traffic zones) in Milan, offering an alternative to the private car for short and medium journeys.

The launch campaign includes a physical distribution of vouchers by riders in strategic points such as Central Station, Piazza Duomo, San Babila, Navigli and university areas, supported by digital communication.
