In Milan you can ride a "scooter without a helmet" (shared): Dueruote reports the arrival of Scuter, a new service that has just been launched with very recognisable orange vehicles. The special feature is the vehicle: a three-wheeled electric moped with protective cell, seat belt and "complete" seat, designed for urban mobility and to make the experience simpler and more reassuring than traditional two-wheelers.

The operation is typical of sharing: you use the app to geolocate the vehicle and unlock it by scanning the QR code on the back; the end of the ride is also done via app/QR and must be done within the service's operating area.

As for the costs, the article indicates €0.34/min, €0.10/min when paused (when you leave it stationary) and €1 to unlock per ride. To use the service, you need to top up a digital wallet; in the initial phase, promotions are mentioned with increasing bonuses based on the top-up (e.g. €10 = + €10, €30 = + €60, €100 = + €400).
