Scuter: a new three-wheeler designed for urban sharing. Presented in Milan, Scuter is described by its founders as a vehicle that is “neither a scooter, nor a car, nor a bike”, designed specifically for sharing: electric, agile and oriented towards safety and ease of use.

The project was born as a start-up and claims to have gained support in a community of over 60 small investors, entrepreneurs and investment companies. The goal is to create and disseminate an enclosed electric three-wheeler dedicated to urban mobility, with mass production in Italy (version "no. 5").

The technical heart is a patent developed in Caserta (design and monitoring area) and produced in Chieti with an industrial partner. The team indicates 4 founders (CEO, CTO, CFO and chief design officer) and a staff of 13 people, many under 30.

From a product point of view: EU type-approval as a 3-wheeled moped, speed limited to 45 km/h and declared range of around 100 km. It is a single-seater but with space for bags or a small trolley; the covering structure and the mandatory belt aim to make the experience more comfortable and "reassuring" even for those who are not used to two wheels.

The stated strategy looks beyond Milan: expansion into other Italian and European cities through technology licences (and also franchising formulas) on local operators and municipalities, while R&D on products and apps continues.
